Founders Club Membership Terms
Welcome to the Kaizen Founders Club.
As a Founding Member, you're securing access to a limited community with exclusive booking privileges, preferred pricing, and priority access to Kaizen properties as we grow. Because membership is limited, these terms help protect the experience and availability for all members.
The Founders Club is built for members who plan to return year after year. By securing your membership, you're becoming part of the Kaizen community and helping us build something special from the very beginning. Because membership and availability are intentionally limited, we ask members to reserve only the dates they genuinely intend to use. This helps ensure fair access and protects the experience for everyone in the community.
1. Founders Club Membership
Your Founders Club purchase secures your membership and the exclusive benefits that come with it. It does not reserve specific stay dates until you make a reservation.
Founders Club memberships are limited in number and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Renewal is entirely optional and is never required.
2. Refund Policy
Founders Club memberships are offered at a significant discount in return for an early commitment to the Kaizen community.
For this reason, all Founders Club purchases are final and non-refundable from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you have reserved stay dates.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, it is held exclusively for you and removed from availability for other members. As a result, confirmed reservations are also non-refundable.
3. Reserving Your Stay
When you're ready to travel, you'll be able to reserve available dates using your Founders Club benefits.
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. If Your Plans Change
If you're unable to use your reservation, you may:
Request to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member, subject to Kaizen's approval, not to be unreasonably withheld.
Ask us to release your dates and attempt to rebook your stay.
If we are able to rebook your reservation for the same dates and value, we'll issue you a credit for the amount recovered, less a $250 administration fee. This credit may be used towards a future Kaizen stay.
As Founders Club availability is intentionally limited, we cannot guarantee that canceled reservations will be rebooked.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events can happen. In exceptional circumstances, Kaizen may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to these terms where it believes it is fair and appropriate.
6. Our Promise
The Founders Club was created to reward the people who believed in Kaizen from the very beginning. These terms are designed to protect the value of your membership, ensure fair access for all members, and preserve the unique experience that makes the Founders Club special.

You do not need to know your exact dates yet.
3. You Can Choose Dates Now Or Later
You can either:
Secure your preferred dates as soon as possible, or
Hold your priority status and choose dates later
Either way, your Founders Club spot is secured.
